Meditation

A few people have emailed me questions about meditation. Ideally, one would want to meditate at least 30 minutes in the morning and afternoon. Meditation activates the principle of Expectations and places you in a state of happiness where throughout the day you expect the best life has to offer and by way of the Law of Attraction, you attract the best from life.

Meditation also removes subconscious debris which can become subconscious mental tendencies. Without meditation, we will find that we are not traveling to the Astral Plane for study and spiritual-personal development and growth, but carrying subsconscious baggage into our dreams where we battle the day out all over again.

Meditation allow you to reach 0 (zero) and awaken each morning to the One (1) or oneness.

So let go, and let God. Meditate.
